Every ANFM member must ensure quality and professional seriousness. These parameters are evaluated during the entry screening by a committee that bases its decisions on specific requirements.
High-level technical expertise
Style and creativity
A personal top-level URL website or an Instagram page registered to the member.
A presentation on the website/page with at least 50 wedding photos.
To be part of ANFM, you must pass a screening process because ANFM itself certifies the quality of your work. And if we put our name on it, we do so only if we truly believe that you add value to your clients.
Our private Facebook group, reserved for members, is a space for discussions, comparisons, and requests for help.
On the occasion of the “ANFM Convention” and during our “ANFM in Tour,” we organize themed workshops to keep ourselves up-to-date. In addition to the technical aspects of the photographic world, we also explore graphic design, printing techniques, and social media communication, not forgetting the administrative and legal aspects that define our daily work.
A 3 to 4-day event organized every year in a different location, to strengthen connections and exchanges with colleagues from all over Italy, attend workshops, participate in competitions, meet suppliers, discover the latest tools, and much, much more!
Seasonal thematic meetings with workshops led by masters and speakers on multidisciplinary topics. They are organized in various regions of Italy to allow members to participate with minimal travel.
The “ANFM Contests” are recognized throughout Italy as one of the most competitive challenges, yet with the goal of helping every participant grow. The evaluations, conducted by judges, are done via live streams, so you can hear the opinions of key figures about your best work. During the Convention, the winners will be announced, and awards will be presented. At the end of the period, based on the total scores from the contests, the “ANFM Photographer of the Year” will be elected, with recognition also given to the second and third place winners.
We are proud to have created an ecosystem capable of guiding colleagues on the most effective growth path: that of collaboration. The opportunities to connect with colleagues from all over the country have allowed (and continue to allow) professional leaps that would otherwise be impossible! We increasingly believe in the exchange and dialogue that can occur between more experienced members and younger ones (and often vice versa!).
The main acts that regulate the organization, management of an association, and describe its purposes and objectives are the founding act and the statute. These documents govern, in general terms, the agreements between ANFM and its members.
The statute is the document containing the rules of the Association's operations and includes the norms governing the relationships between the members and the Association. The ANFM Statute has been written and registered with the Authorities to meet the requirements set by the Civil Code. In short, it is "a contract" that the member signs upon registration.
The regulation (Manifesto) is drafted by the Board of Directors in collaboration with the ANFM legal office and defines the normative acts issued by the Association to regulate specific matters and/or its operations. The ANFM Manifesto aims to clarify and/or expand what is outlined in the Statute.
